MC & Moderator

Natalie Haddad is an Emmy Award–winning journalist who believes everyone has a voice—and that it’s a her responsibility as a reporter to make sure it’s heard. A born people-lover and lifelong learner, she’s thrilled to be back in the Dallas–Fort Worth area, closer to family, friends, and a newsroom full of passionate storytellers.

Born in California to immigrant parents from Mexico and the Palestine, Natalie was raised in the piney woods of East Texas, where small-town values shaped her love for community and connection. Before joining WFAA, she reported in Austin for KVUE, covering the Robb Elementary School shooting, major court cases, public health issues, and the Texas Legislature. Her investigative work on student safety helped spark special education legislation in 2023.

Natalie began her reporting career in Colorado Springs, where she won her first Emmy, and previously worked in newsrooms across Texas producing newscasts. A proud Stephen F. Austin State University graduate, she has always felt called to journalism—and to telling stories that matter.
